Work Hours:

Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The requirements of employment do call for some flexibility and employee is expected to work slightly different hours from time to time due to the regional time differences.


  • Recruiting:  Primary contact for recruitment for the regional operations team
  • Evaluate resumes, perform background check and schedule interviews.  May include conducting/assisting phone, Skype, Microsoft Teams and/or in-office interviews with Managers, Directors, and other Stakeholders.
  • Review job orders with Regional Operations Managers and match applicants with job requirements, utilizing manual or computerized file search.
  • Review candidates’ applications and evaluates work history, education and training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications.
  • Record and maintain interviews and new hires documentation.
  • Write and post job descriptions on career websites and other social media platforms.
  • Source candidates by using databases and social media and stay up to date with current recruiting methods.
  • Manage immigration for non-resident candidates/employees, when and necessary
  • Operations: May required to provide support in coordination of operations’ activities 
    • Job Preparation: Set-up and prepare jobs including confirming jobs with clients and vendors and preparing job packets.
    • Job Dispatch:  Match and assign resources to jobs based on job requirements and defined dispatch order.  
    • Job Close-Out:  Review, distribute and store reports and oversee the closure of any action items.
    • Operations Management: Maintain job calendars, track resource availability, track jobs, and review and organize timesheets.

  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed by the company. 


  • High School Diploma required; some college is a plus. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft products (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Teams)
  • Proficient in English oral and written
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent organizational skills to multitask and work on deadlines
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
